  2. Full Refunds: Full refunds are issued solely at our discretion, primarily in cases where the product is unopened, unused, and returned within the specified 10-day period. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Hobby grade toys, cars, trucks, robots, airplanes, drones, puzzles, Legos, batteries, and chargers that have been opened or used.

Returning Goods:
