Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

At Hypez Rc, our commitment is to customer satisfaction. While we strive to deliver the best possible products, we understand there may be cases where our products do not meet our customers' expectations. Under these circumstances, we offer refunds and returns as outlined below:

1. Partial Returns: If the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 10 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a return. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. Full Refunds: Full refunds are issued solely at our discretion, primarily in cases where the product is unopened, unused, and returned within the specified 10-day period. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Process for Requesting a Return or Refund:

• Notification: Contact our customer service team within 10 days of product receipt. Please provide your order information and a detailed explanation of your reason for the return.
• Review: Our team will review your return request based on the product condition and the issues reported. We may contact you to discuss the matter further.
• Decision: You will be informed of our decision regarding your return request promptly. If a return or refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Conditions:

• Refunds and returns are only considered for products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are generally not eligible for refunds or returns.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened, used, or damaged products.
• Hobby grade toys, cars, trucks, robots, airplanes, drones, puzzles, Legos, batteries, and chargers that have been opened or used.

Returning Goods:

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the following address: Hypez Rc 4357 New Falls Rd levittown PA 19056, Pennsylvania.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
