Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

1. Partial Returns: If the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 10 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a return. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. Full Refunds: Full refunds are issued solely at our discretion, primarily in cases where the product is unopened, unused, and returned within the specified 10-day period. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are generally not eligible for refunds or returns.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened, used, or damaged products.
• Hobby grade toys, cars, trucks, robots, airplanes, drones, puzzles, Legos, batteries, and chargers that have been opened or used.

Returning Goods:

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
